In cases where results are disputed or official results differ from interim reports, bat949 will settle based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body. Cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals, and bilateral series — are settled according to Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method in rain-affected matches where applicable.

Casino & Slots: Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software. bat949 does not modify or interfere with game outcome logic from our providers. If a game malfunctions, all affected bets are voided and stakes returned.

• bat949 reserves the right to void bets that have been placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical error.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bat949. Any member found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed and any funds held pending investigation:

• Arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit by exploiting price differences across markets.
• Exploiting technical errors in odds, game results, or payment systems for financial gain.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Registering multiple accounts for personal use or on behalf of others, whether for bonus exploitation or any other purpose.
• Using the platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, fraud, or any criminal activity.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another person.

Where an account is closed for a non-disciplinary reason and a real-money balance remains, bat949 will return the verified balance net of any bonus amounts that had not yet met their wagering requirements. Return of funds in disciplinary closures is subject to the outcome of any investigation.
